Wisdom Tree Festival Schedule

Sunday, September 27th (Nashville, TN, Day 7):

  • Experience: Together, We are Wiser with Kasey Hitt. Let’s begin the Festival by setting aside the need to accomplish, perform, or get it right. Through a little play, reflection, and connection, we’ll discover what can emerge when we bring our unique wisdom into the circle.
  • Embodied Practices to Care for Your Soul with Whitney Simpson. A guided exploration of embodied soul care, where you'll use gentle body practices, like breathwork, sensory awareness, and guided meditation, to process hidden stress, regulate your system, and reconnect with your Creator, yourself, and others. If you prefer to participate on a mat rather than in a chair, please bring your own mat.
  • Exploring our Images of God with Anna Schmunk. Discover and explore your personal images of God through intuitive, beginner-friendly art practices using texture, color, and shape in an intimate setting.

Monday, September 28th (Zoom)

  • 9 am CT - Four Insights as Pathways to Spiritual Formation with Chuck Wester. Explore four core Buddhist teachings, impermanence, inter-being, no-self, and non-duality, reimagined as insights of change, connection, releasing, and oneness that guide spiritual seekers into a deeper realization of the divine.
