WTC Retreat Refund Policy
Effective date: 4/29/25
We at Wisdom Tree Collective understand that life can be unpredictable. Our refund policy is designed to honor both the needs of our participants and the commitments required to host a retreat.
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before the retreat start date will receive a refund of the retreat fee, minus a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the retreat cost.
- Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund.
Please note:
- No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
- Because our retreats often have a waiting list and rely on full participation, we ask that you commit to attending the entire retreat unless an emergency arises.
If Wisdom Tree Collective needs to cancel or reschedule a retreat, a full refund will be issued.
In the case of medical or personal emergencies, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to offer alternative arrangements, such as a credit toward a future retreat, when feasible.
